That is the sport of CrossFit. It is an incredible spectacle and a fun add-on for those who want to push their competitive limits. However, it is not what we do every day at CrossFit Resonate.
At our gym, we focus on the methodology of CrossFit rather than the sport. Our primary goal is not to build professional athletes, but to help everyday people become fitter, stronger, and healthier. We use the same foundational movements and principles, but we scale and adapt them to fit your individual needs, experience level, and personal goals.
