CrossFit Kids programming for ages 6-12 is designed to introduce children to the foundations of fitness in a fun and engaging way. The focus is on developing basic movement patterns, coordination, strength, and conditioning through age-appropriate exercises and activities.

Our CrossFit Kids program blends bodyweight movements, running, jumping, throwing, and light weightlifting using objects like medicine balls and PVC pipes. Workouts are scaled to each child’s ability, allowing them to progress at their own pace.
Classes include fun games, relays, and team challenges to keep kids engaged and motivated. The goal is to build a love for fitness and healthy habits early on.
